This website is a tribute to the late Cozy Powell who died on April 5, 1998.  As originally conceived, this website was something that Cozy wanted to use to promote himself and his music, but he unfortunately died roughly four months after it opened.  What is here is a combination of Cozy's original design with some updated graphics as well as the many tributes that have come his way since his untimely passing.

Cozy Powell may be gone, but his music lives on, in more ways than one.

In 2005, former Black Sabbath bandmate Tony Martin released an album with Cozy on drums, via recordings Cozy made back in 1992.  In 2006, Judas Priest guitarist Glenn Tipton released a solo album that was recorded with Cozy on drums in 1996, but never released.  Want to hear Cozy again?  Check out the news page on how to obtain these recordings.
